He walked into the room and everyone in the room was spellbound when they saw the amount of knowledge he holds. It was in year 2014 when I saw him for the first time. In the year 2017, I decided to pursue CFA and the moment I thought about it, the first name which striked my mind was ‘Aswini Bajaj.’ I went to him to talk regarding the course and the content and was again impressed by the way he explained me everything. I had decided that I will be pursuing CFA under the guidance of Aswini Sir. After two or three months I asked him whether he can keep me as his intern and he instantly said Yes. Although I had no knowledge about the work, he still agreed to keep me as his intern. That day I realized that he just does not believe in self development but wants people associated with him to also grow and evolve. Although I made mistake and still do, he never shouts or gets angry. Instead he always helps me and others to learn new things and helps us in solving the issues. He believes in “Don’t find a fault, find a remedy.” I still have a lot to learn from him but whatever he has taught me is a life lesson for me. He has not just given me educational guidance but also how to see life and how to be happy. He has taught me that you don’t need anybody to be happy. Happiness lies within you. There are a very few people whom I respect from my heart. Aswini Sir is one of them. I hope he achieves whatever he wants and I am sure his hard work and determination will help him do it.

I am pleased to share that I have cleared my FRM P2, as we received the results today. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your guidance and support throughout this journey. However, I do have a concern. Despite my overall success, I received a quartile 3 in the subject of Investment Risk. I found it to be the most interesting and easiest subject. I'm not sure as to where I went wrong, and this has left me somewhat dissatisfied. Nevertheless, I am happy to have successfully cleared the exam and appreciate all your help.

This might be a little long message. l am a CA working in the corporate world for six years across multiple roles. Had cleared my CFA L2 way back in 2015. (Ca cLeared Nov 2015). Had not taken any tuition till L2. I did appear for CFA L3 once during the corporate journey but did not enjoy studying. Also studying was difficult in the sense there was work pressure and | was relatively more inclined towards office work.. Also as | was not working in the investment industry..yeh bhi tha ki not exactly relevant in current career path.. And | did not clear my first attempt in CFA L3. I would not say course was difficult.. but perhaps my ways of studying were not aligned to what was needed. l again started preparing for L3 due in 2020. And | was again not enjoying studying.. As | felt that | knew the fundamentals. | understood the logic..but ab jab yeh aata hai sab.. toh exam perspective se padhne ka motivation nai lag raha tha. But COVID came and exams were postponed. Same time | decided that khd se karne ki jagah tution lelete hai.. atleast jab din bhar office ka kaam karke | will sit to relax. can study. And | was pleasantly surprised when | took your classes. Even tjgh | had studied the subject before.. your classes added a different dimension to the understanding. Also as | used to do the classes on phone..i simple used to walk and watch the lectures on terrace.. some physical activity after a day's work..at the same time studies also happening. I think a large part of the success at L3 goes to you. And hence this message. Thanks again.
